To access the Services, you must first engage in a free consultation to discuss either a one-off payment or a subscription model. The subscription will be finalized through a subscription contract or a one-off payment agreement.  Upon purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to ensure the selected subscription is suitable for your use. Once you purchase a subscription, VortexAi will assist you in setting up relevant accounts to provide the service you’ve selected. The Subscription Fee may be one-time or recurring, with various service tiers available as detailed on the Website’s pricing page.

You may be required to provide personal information such as:

• Email address
• Preferred username
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• Password

You guarantee that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

As a Member, you agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep your password and email confidential and immediately notify VortexAi of unauthorized use.
• Use the Website for personal purposes only unless otherwise approved by VortexAi.
• Refrain from any illegal or unauthorized activities on the Website.
• Not use the Website for commercial purposes without VortexAi’s consent.
• Understand that commercial advertisements or solicitation may be removed from the Website.

All payments for the Services are processed via Stripe, with one-off payments also possible via cash, BSB, or bank transfer. By using the Website, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. If a payment is denied, you are liable for any associated costs, including banking fees. VortexAi reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee, effective after the current subscription period ends.

Refunds may be provided if VortexAi is unable to continue providing Services or at its discretion under reasonable circumstances. For one-off payments, refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 14 days, provided the Services have not been substantially accessed. For subscription payments, cancellations before the next billing cycle may result in a pro-rata refund.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright laws. You may use content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You are prohibited from distributing or altering the content of the Website or the Services without written permission from VortexAi.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide through your use of the Website and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or conditions of any kind. VortexAi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.

VortexAi's total liability arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the cost of resupplying the Services to you.

If you are in the business of providing similar services for commercial purposes, you are considered a competitor of VortexAi. Competitors are not allowed to access any content or information on the Website. VortexAi will hold you responsible for any losses incurred due to this breach.

Either party may terminate these Terms by:

• Not renewing the Subscription.
• Providing 14 days' written notice to VortexAi.

VortexAi may terminate the Terms if:

• You fail to renew the Subscription.
• You breach any provision of the Terms.

VortexAi may suspend or deny access to the Website or Services if you breach any provision of the Terms.

You agree to indemnify VortexAi and its affiliates against any loss or damage arising from your actions, content, or breach of these Terms.

Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 28 days, the parties will select a mediator.
